I would like to comment out a serious problem I faced with mono implementation of web services.
I am writing an app for a company with several existing java web services that use rpc/literal style.
I realized that although those services are completely supported from the standard .NET framework and
the wsdl tool creates successfully the proxy, the same is not possible at all with mono. It is obvious that
those java web services cannot change to document/literal or other style and it is quite a big problem
not to be able to use those web services with other means than handmade code.
Hello, i have exactly the same problem with RPC/Literal and there are somes others bugs about this problem.
Do you have work around or are you working on a correction?
Any news on this? I also can't consume a RPC Literal webservice it always give me Invalid Cast error with the auto generated webservice proxy code
