Description of Problem:
Xamarin Studio and Xamarin extensions for Visual Studio UIs do not scale on High DPI, hence its windows and popups contents are cut.

Scenario 1:

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Change Windows DPI to 125%, Logout, Login
2. Open Xamarin Studio
3. Open configuration Combobox, look at cut text

Actual Results:
Combobox remains the same as with deault DPI.

Expected Results:
Combobox width scales according to DPI.

Scenaio 2:

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Change Windows DPI to 125%, Logout, Login
2. Open Visual Studio
3. Open Tools\Xamarin Account..., look a the window - UI look like a mess

Actual Results:
UI look like a mess, Window does not scale according to DPI settings.

Expected Results:
Window and UI scales according DPI settings.

This bug was marked as fixed for Xamarin Studio 4.0.9, which is currently in the beta channel. Try it out!
