Description Allie Miller 2013-05-09 12:28:48 UTC
The resource file for android will not update when a new view is added.

The only error that appears is that say the variable exist in the resource.Designer.

Then will randomly update.

Lluis, could this be a timing issue in the Android designer?
Comment 3 Lluis Sanchez 2013-05-20 08:46:13 UTC
I don't think so. The android designer just saves files like the text editor would do.
Comment 4 Jonathan Pryor 2013-05-22 16:07:26 UTC
Is this Visual Studio or Xamarin Studio?

Xamarin Studio "polls" the Resource directory for changes and updates accordingly (resulting in Bug #10831 ...).
