Test image file

Step to reproduce:

1. Open the Info.plist file from the application project file.
2. Create a folder under project.
3. Add 57*57 png file.
4. Select the first image icon under App Icon section.
5. Select Icon window opens up.Select and add that png file.

Actual result:
Selected image file is not displaying on the app icon.
Expected result:
Selected image file should be displayed as app icon.

MonoTouch 4.9.6
MonoDevelop 2.8
MonoFramework 2.10.5
Snow Leopard 10.6

Test Data:
Use file 2.png. Please find that file as an attachment

The reason for this is that the file you've provided is actually a jpg file which has been renamed to have a .png extension. I don't believe this would even show up on device and I also think this would cause the application to fail to be accepted by the appstore review process.

I'm going to add some extra notifications to MonoDevelop so that you are given visual feedback when this kind of error happens instead of the silent error you get currently.

Future versions of MonoDevelop will give you a more useful warning when this occurs. Thanks for the bug report!

As per the above comments, this is working fine. Hence, closing this issue.
