If I have a breakpoint which I remove whilst debugging the app, execution is still halted. The line isn't highlighted in yellow, but if I click the pause button it is, and I'm able to inspect variables etc. However, clicking the resume button does not cause execution to resume; the highlight on the line disappears but the app still hangs. I can click pause again and see that the same line is highlighted.
This happens whether Fast Deploy is enabled or disabled.
It only happens in VS2010 - it does not happen in VS2012, even for the same line of code in the same app.
I'm using Xamarin.Android 4.6.04000.
