Screenshot with multiple files opened

When solution changes on the disk (e.g. being regenerated from some other project description format), MonoDevelop reloads the solution in the IDE. This happens as soon as IDE gets in focus by the user. However, all files that were open before solution is loaded are reopened twice, that is, each file is represented with two tabs in the code editors.

This is especially annoying when editing the file in one of these tabs - immediately after saving it, another tab gets in focus and complains that the file was changed on disk.

To reproduce:
  - Create some solution with some code and files
  - Open solution in the MonoDevelop
  - Open a few files in the code editor
  - Change the solition manually on disk (e.g. just add a space)
  - Focus on MonoDevelop

What should happen:
  - Solution should reload and all previosly opened files should reopen

What happens instead:
  - Solution is reloaded, all previosly opened files are reopened twice

Attached is screenshot having multiple files opened twice and another screen demonstrating error when editing and saving one of the opened files.

P.S. Also would be nice if startup project was preserved as well as it happens in Visual Studio.

Can you reproduce this in 4.x? I think we fixed it already.

Re. the startup project, VS saves that in the user preferences, not the solution file, so that's one setting we can't easily preserve between VS and MD.

Works in 4.x
