The try/catch around the predicate in Mono's AggregateException.Handle needs to be removed so that predicates can throw an unwrapped exception.
According to MSDN:
"If any invocations of the predicate throws an exception, it will halt the processing of any more exceptions and immediately propagate the thrown exception as-is."
Right now Mono is catching any exceptions thrown from the predicate and wrapping it in an AggregateException before rethrowing, which prevents a common pattern of using Handle to unwrap an AggregateException to throw a clean one.
