Error Dialog

In MonoDevelop master (as of yesterday, July 29), new ASP.NET MVC projects (and perhaps other ASP.NET-based projects) cannot be created without errors. An exception dialog pops up, and the Global.asax.cs file is never created. Attached is a screenshot of the error dialog that pops up during project creation.

This appears to be fixed.
