this resolved bug and you do not yet see a matching new report.
When I have two iOS devices connected I can select one and press the run (play) button and it runs on the selected device. However if I choose the menu item Run -> Upload to Device it only goes to the first device in the list regardless of which device I have selected in the pulldown.
I think this is more-or-less the same as bug #11101 (except devices instead of simulators).
My fix for the other also seems to fix this, afaict
