Description Chris Howie 2013-04-05 22:46:24 UTC
Occasionally, the Solution pad's treeview will suddenly stop expanding or collapsing nodes when I click on the triangle next to a node. Nothing will happen at all. This happens at least once per session.

However, this does not happen all the time, and seems to resolve itself over time, and then it will start happening again later. I have no idea yet what is causing it.

Quite likely a GTK+ bug. We had this happen a lot on MacOS so we had to fix GTK+.

FWIW this is the same GTK+ build that MD 2.x used without being affected by this problem. I don't know if that's helpful information or not.

Selecting "Window > Close All" *seems* to reliably induce the bad behavior. I have not found anything that seems to resolve the problem yet.

I also suffer from this bug on Monodevelop 5.5

it usually happened when I run multiple nunit test at once
or just like it was mentioned before when closing all source tabs

it's quite annoying bug ;)
