The following small testcase causes the following error on csc:

switch.cs(10,4): error CS0163: Control cannot fall through from one case label
        ('case "add_trial":') to another

using System;

class Test

  public static void Main (string[] args)

    bool trial = false;
    string action = "add_trial";

    switch (action)
      case "add_trial":
        trial = true;
      case "add_to_project":
        Console.WriteLine (trial);
      case "test":
