Change indicator missing

Description of Problem:
Tab with file name does not show aesterick symbol to indicate file has changed.

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Open any project in MonoDevelop
2. Change any code file without saving

Actual Results:
Tab with file name does not have * symbol to indicate file has changed.

Expected Results:
Show * symbol to indicate file has changed like in VisualStudio. This feature was available in MonoTouch previously.

How often does this happen? 
All the time

It's indicated but a bit more subtle - the close button changes from 
X to a circle - you can see it in the screenshot.
