Description of Problem:
The Maltese LongDatePattern isn't just wrong - it's invalid. It tries to include a quote, but fails to escape it.
This means when one tries to parse the pattern, it looks like there's an unterminated quoted section.
Steps to reproduce the problem:
Run the following code:
var culture = new CultureInfo("mt-MT");
Actual Results: dddd, d' ta' 'MMMM yyyy
Expected Results: dddd, d' ta\' 'MMMM yyyy
How often does this happen? Every time.
Mono version number: 3.0.6.
