Description of Problem: DateTimeFormatInfo.AbbreviatedMonthGenitiveNames returns inappropriate values; numeric strings instead of actual names.
Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Run the following code:
CultureInfo french = CultureInfo.ReadOnly(new CultureInfo("fr-FR"));
Actual Results: "4"
Expected Results: "avr."
How often does this happen? Every time.
Actual Mono version: 3.0.6 (no option for this in the dropdown)
Interestingly, it appears *not* to happen with the cultures returned by CultureInfo.GetCultures. Still investigating.
Hmm. Now it *is* happening with the cultures returned by CultureInfo.GetCultures. I'm very confused. It's possible that when I thought it was working, I was actually running the MS .NET version... at the moment it's just failing for me all the time.
