We have verified this issue with the latest builds:

Windows 7 and 8
MTVS 1.1.188
VS 2012/2010

And now this issue is not appearing, as not the VS detects the iOS device connected to the host machine.

And also the user is successfully able to Run/Debug the application.

Hence, closing this issue w.r.t the above mentioned builds.
