Minimum example to reproduce this bug

I've attached a minimum example.

The wrong Exception gets thrown in the line:
int dummy = multiArray[0, (j+4)];

When commenting this line out and using the semantically equivalent code:
int v=j+4;
int dummy = multiArray[0, v];

No exception gets thrown anymore.

The output of mono version:

I think this was already fixed in recent 2.10 releases by 117a60e03d2ff14dab4fd73fec1191c717513476.
