Mike, are there specific GTK events that we are not getting in this case?

LeaveNotify seems not to work in this case.

It's very easy to reproduce - open a tooltip and go down with the mouse cursor in the tooltip area. This should yield a on leave notify event - but doesn't when leaving the tooltip window the event is finally forgotton.

Looked into it & fixed it. We're doing something weird in the tooltip events to prevent tooltips closing - I suppose for the debug tooltips.

But the final solution was to hide the tooltip on the tooltip enter event.

We have verified this issue with the latest builds:

MFA 4.6.01073
Mono 2.10.12

And now this issue does not exist, as the tooltip does not remains forever.

Hence, closing this issue.
