Step to reproduce:
1. Open GLFullScreen application in X.S
2. Debug the application
3. Observe that application does not launches on debug mode.

Actual result:
On running the application Debug mode, application does not launch. However, on Release mode application launches successfully. 

Expected result:
Application should run and launch successfully on both DEBUG and RELEASE mode.

An update in above issue:
Same issue also exists with 'GLSLShader' Sample.

This sample works as expected for me in full screen and windowed. What version of OS X are you running, and are you inside a VM?

We are using Physical machine Mountain Lion(10.8.1) and Lion(10.7.4).

Today, we have checked this issue with latest builds and latest sample:

X.S 4.0 -da7ef84fcf8a5391b862209406be69b2303b6d55
ML 10.8.1 and Lion 10.7.4

Now, this is working fine on both DEBUG and RELEASE mode.
