An example RootViewController exhibiting the issue. This is a standard Xamarin RootViewController from a brand new Master/Detail template, the only additions are those necessary to use WebConsumer.
Description of Problem:
When building the project after adding the reference and attempting to make use of the WebConsumer class as part of the OAuth namespace, I receive the error:
Error CS0584: Internal compiler error: Method not found: 'DotNetOpenAuth.OAuth.WebConsumer.ProcessUserAuthorization'.
I've verified that in fact this method DOES exist, so this appears to be a bug in the compiler.
Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Add the library as a reference
2. Make use of the WebConsumer class in any way
Internal Compiler Error
How often does this happen?
I could not verify this but this should be fixed in Mono 4.2. Please attach full project if you can still reproduce it
