XS cut off...

This came up because I develop on a monitor that is rotated 90 degrees, but the start page for XS doesn't resize properly for smaller widths... I have attached a screenshot that shows what I am talking about.

In particular, the prebuilt apps section and the support link are cut off, and you can't see the forums and login links. You can scroll, but I didn't realize that right away because the scroll bar only shows up when you are actually scrolling.

Maybe we could hide the prebuilt apps widget when the width becomes too small?

Would it be possible to move the prebuilt apps widget below the other one? Also, you probably want to do something with the links in the top bar that get cut off...

Already fixed.
