Today i have installed tool for VS but when i tried to debug i have issue
how to switch xsp2 to xsp4?

Command line:
C:\Windows\Microsoft.NET\Framework\v2.0.50727\aspnet_compiler.exe -f -d -c -nologo -p "D:\wamp\www\petsmvc\PetsWeb\MvcApplication1" -v / "C:\Users\belkin\AppData\Local\Temp\1waidhow.g5s"

Output from precompile:
D:\wamp\www\petsmvc\PetsWeb\MvcApplication1\web.config(21): error ASPCONFIG: Unrecognized attribute 'targetFramework'. Note that attribute names are case-sensitive.

Same error but in web is when i started application without precompiled checkbox

This is not the place to ask questions about mono.
Go to http://www.mono-project.com/Mailing_Lists and find the right list to ask.

It looks like Mono Tools for VS is using the .NET 2.0 precompiler.

Michael thanks for response.
Yes you are right but there is no option to switch it... so how i can do that?

I don't know anything about Mono Tools for VS, sorry. Perhaps it's a bug, or it wasn't updated to support 4.0.

As a workaround, you should be able to be MonoDevelop to run and debug ASP.NET projects using Mono. When you have Mono installed, MonoDevelop will detect it and you will be able to change the target runtime.

Thanks for answer with mono develop i also have some issue with debuging. but anyway i noticed that tool for VS is removed from footer thats mean that no one will support it?
