Test case:

int[] data = {1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9,10};
var normaldic = data.ToDictionary (x => x);
var cdic = new System.Collections.Concurrent.ConcurrentDictionary<int, int> (normaldic);
Console.WriteLine ("Never executed");

Tested on Mono 2.10.5. Access via TryAdd, AddOrUpdate, etc works fine.

Was a stupid bug. Fixed in master and mono-2-10. Thanks for the report !
