Android version drop-down in VS project settings

It would be nice to have MfA display the API level next to the Android version for setting "Minimum Android to target" in the project settings for an Android project.

This is going to be part of our Android UI API selection level rewrite, while copying the Xamarin Studio UI.

I am CCing Dean, so he can close the bug when we complete it.

Today we have checked this issue with:

VS 2013
Windows 8
X.Android 4.13.00004

Now we are getting API level next to the Android versionfor setting "Minimum Android to target.
