Just as part of the checklist, we must enforce that assemblies on VS are the same shipped with MT.

Keep this open until we have the final final builds and they meet this criteria.

The MonoTouch commit hash must be placed in XamarinVS/MonoTouchHash file. This hash will be the one from which MTVS will take its assemblies.

This was done, but is an ongoing requirement for release.
