In MfA's .axml files, all view names (like "LinearLayout" or "Button") start with an upper-case letter, but not "fragment". It currently must be lower case. This is inconsistent. MfA should allow "Fragment" as well (or instead).
Xamarin.Android uses a minimal superset of Android layout XML:
The extensions are to support C# type names in element names and in //fragment/@class attribute.
Other than that limited extension, we use the Android names, which stipulates <fragment/> and <Button/>.
