The movie manifest file

I am unable to view a lecture movie from college.
The error report is:

The manifest failed to load. There is an error in XML document (1,2).

Alas, the movie is behind a college login wall. So I can't share the movie.
How can I get you the proper info you need? Would it help if I attach the manifest.xml? I was able to download it. Let me do that just to be sure.
