Description jfverdon 2013-02-05 13:57:35 UTC
I have an existing library that compile fine, but when I want to build a .netmodule using the "Module" build target in general option of the project, MonoDevelop try to build an Exe...
So, it logically failed with CS5001 error:
Error CS5001: Le programme 'e:\projets\uchrome\cefglue\CefGlue\bin\Release\Xilium.CefGlue.exe' ne contient pas une méthode 'Main' statique appropriée pour un point d'entrée (CS5001) (CefGlue)
(No static 'Main' entry point, which is normal, I want a netmodule, not an exe!).

The build error does not occur with Xamarin Studio 6.3 or VS for Mac 7.0.1. If msbuild is enabled in global preferences with Xamarin Studio 6.3 then the .netmodule is created successfully. If xbuild is enabled in preferences then the compile succeeds but the assembly is created without any file extension. Marking this as resolved/fixed.
